Our returning client is seeking an educationally focussed nanny to look after their two daughters ages 4.5 & 1.

The eldest is at school in the day, so during these hours, your focus will be on sourcing educational activities and worksheets as well as some help with the younger child.

 

You'll be responsible for organising classes, maintaining routines, standard nursery duties, and doing the school run for the older child. When the older one is home, you'll be responsible for helping her with homework, phonics and language development.

 

During the weekends, the family likes to do group activities, and you'll accompany them on these.

There is another nanny who works 5 days per week but has different midweek days off, so it will be a divide and conquer approach with her.

Travel is required as they travel during all school holidays and for up to 6 weeks at a time in the summer, including time spent on a yacht. A strong swimmer is essential.

Working hours are 7:30-7:30 or 8-8, with an hour break in the day.

 

Working days are Saturday to Wednesday or Sunday to Thursday.

A live in nanny is their preference, and accommodation is a bed and ensuite bathroom with use of the communal living room and kitchen in a separate staff flat near the family home. They would also consider a daily nanny working the same hours.

Occasional babysitting also required.

The family has a big dog, so you must be happy to work with him in the house.
