We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Driver to provide comprehensive coverage for an ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) executive residing in Holland Park, London. This role requires exceptional driving skills, professionalism, and a strong commitment to providing a safe and secure transportation experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily transportation services for the UHNW executive from Mondays to Fridays, ensuring punctuality and reliability.

  • Safely and efficiently operate a luxury vehicle to transport the executive to various destinations in and around London.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the executive's schedule, ensuring that travel arrangements are meticulously planned and executed.

  • Practice defensive driving techniques to ensure the safety of the executive and other road users at all times.

  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when interacting with the executive and their associates.

  • Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained, and mechanically sound.

  • Monitor traffic and weather conditions to adjust travel routes and schedules as necessary, minimising delays and optimising efficiency.

  • Assist the executive with any additional tasks that may be required, such as running errands or making special arrangements for events.

  • Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining an impeccable driving record.

  • Maintain open communication with the executive, promptly addressing any concerns or requests related to transportation services.

Key requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, providing executive transportation services.

  • Possession of valid driving license and excellent driving record.

  • Demonstrated experience in defensive driving techniques, prioritizing safety and minimizing risks.

  • Extensive knowledge of the London area and surrounding regions, including key landmarks, routes, and traffic patterns.

  • Impeccable punctuality and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan routes effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Neat and professional appearance, presenting a positive image to clients and associates.

  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, as required by the executive's schedule.

  • Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is preferred.
